According to the Sunday Times, “Kate wants to move away from her reputation as a trendsetter in order to prioritize her work. Apparently, Kate feels her projects are overshadowed by the attention the media pays to her wardrobe.

Thumbs up… to Tim Rose who took on Air Canada and won. In his case, Air Canada v. Timothy Rose at al. the Federal Court of Appeal upheld a decision ordering Air Canada to accommodate persons with disabilities who use mobility devices. In response, Rose says, this case was never just about me…or my right to fly to Cleveland. It was about the rights of all Canadians with disabilities to access the transportation system on an equal basis to others. High time!

Thumbs down… to United Airlines staff who tried to force a mother to remove her one-year-old son’s ventilator. In a 10-minute TikTok video that’s been watched by 1.2 million, the frustrated mother explained that her son, who was born prematurely at 22 weeks, is medically complex and requires both the ventilator and a tracheotomy tube. The airline has since apologized.
